Every funded prompt-to-game platform ships a hosted asset or a Windows wrapper. Ludexel ships a real .gba ROM — a byte-verifiable artifact that boots on 200M+ retro-emulator surfaces and on original 2001 silicon. The generator is open source. The category is AI cartridges, not AI games.
